Emulsion Products Company was founded in 1987 to meet the growing need for asphalt emulsions in Alaska’s Interior. As liquid asphalt became available in North Pole, EPC expanded its capabilities, leading to growth into the Southcentral region with the opening of its Anchorage operations in 1992.
In 2005, Emulsion Products Company joined the Colaska group as part of the Colas USA family of companies, strengthening its ability to deliver innovative, reliable pavement solutions across Alaska.
