Details of Work: Utilizing asphalt emulsion (CRS-2P) and a fine-tuned chip seal application, resurfacing work is being completed on 14 miles of the Dalton Highway, also known as the “Haul Road”, approximately 35 miles north of the Yukon River crossing. The objective is to restore and protect the existing surface, extending the life of the roadway.
This project supports ongoing traffic by maintaining access for recreation and ensuring reliable industrial transportation to the North Slope oil fields. Emulsion Products supports QAYAQ Construction by manufacturing and providing specialized equipment and materials, working collaboratively to preserve one of the northernmost roads in the world.
