Details of Works: Collaboration with Rowan University’s Center for Research and Education for Advanced Transportation Engineering Systems (CREATES) to evaluate the performance of highly elastic asphalt binder mixtures in cold weather conditions. Exclusive Paving constructed test pavement sections, including placement of 184-foot and 12-foot test strips with embedded instrumentation such as strain gauges, pressure cells, and thermocouples. Work included producing small batch quantities of polymer-modified binder and asphalt mixtures in Alaska to simulate real-world conditions and support research testing.
