Details of Works: Airfield and infrastructure upgrades to improve safety and reliability at Deadhorse Airport, the primary aviation hub serving Alaska’s North Slope. QAP is performing full airfield reconstruction, including drainage improvements, runway grading and paving, lighting and signage installation, and culvert and subsurface enhancements to reduce flooding and operational risks. The project is being delivered in phased construction, with ongoing work focused on paving, grading, and infrastructure installation while maintaining airport operations. Significant material volumes are being managed and reused on-site to support construction efficiency and long-term performance.
