Moose Creek Dam Safety Modification

Details of Works: Construction of a dam safety modification system to reduce flood risk in the Fairbanks area. Exclusive Paving is constructing a mixed-in-place cement slurry barrier wall extending 4.5 miles along the dam embankment to strengthen and stabilize the structure. Work includes installation of multiple 15-foot diameter pipes, large-scale earthwork, and asphalt placement to support dam infrastructure. Advanced construction technology, including drone surveying and 3D modeling, is being utilized to monitor progress and optimize material usage. All civil construction is being performed with on-site material sourcing to improve efficiency and minimize waste.
