Details of Works: Reconstruction of critical roadway infrastructure in Ketchikan, one of the nation’s wettest climates, with approximately 160 inches of annual rainfall. SECON is delivering drainage and utility improvements, including 12,000 linear feet of new curb and gutter, ADA-compliant sidewalks, and 3,800 tons of asphalt paving. The project also includes traffic signal upgrades and utility infrastructure work. Construction is being performed in a constrained urban corridor, balancing safety and maintaining access while minimizing disruption to the community.
