Details of Works: Support of asphalt research and paving operations through supply and coordination of specialized binder materials. Emulsion Products worked closely with project partners to ensure successful conversion of remaining binder into usable product while minimizing waste. This included use of modified binders and coordination with laboratory testing and quality control teams to meet project requirements. The effort supported efficient paving operations and successful delivery of experimental pavement sections.
