Details of Works: Site preparation and infrastructure development for the future SEARHC Haines Medical Campus and adjacent workforce housing. Southeast Roadbuilders is performing mass excavation, engineered fill placement, and installation of underground utilities, including domestic water, sewer, and storm drainage systems, across a 10-acre site. The project also includes concrete curbing, ADA-compliant sidewalks, utility extensions along Jones Point Road, and roadway improvements to support the new development. SECON will complete asphalt paving for the housing area and roadway sections. The work requires rapid mobilization, accelerated construction schedules, and close coordination among multiple contractors to meet seasonal milestones.
